Free PC Rhythm Games 2014

These are some rhythm games available to play at this very moment for free!

Osu!

Osu! began as an PC version of the popular Nintendo DS game Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan (or Elite Beat Agents in America). Since then, it has become much more than that, and if you weren't a fan of the games that inspired it, it's definitely still worth checking out for its extra modes. Here's a list of the game modes included:

• Osu! - The standard Elite Beat Agents mode, which involves clicking circles to the beat. 
• Taiko - Osu!'s take on Taiko: Drum Master 
• Osu!Mania - My prefered mode; falling note game with options to play with 4 to 8 keys, in the vein of games like BeatMania, DJMax, and O2Jam 
• Catch the Beat - A surprisingly challenging mode where you catch fruit that falls to the beat 

It's also worth noting that songs made for Osu!'s main mode can be played in any of the other modes, and there's plenty of songs to choose from. While the popular tracks that you'll see being played in the games multiplayer mode are dominated by anime intros and vocaloids, there's plenty of variety if you're willing to look for it.
